Aiden Galbraith (he/they) is a recent graduate of Lehigh University’s IDEAS Program, where he concentrated in theatre design and mechanical engineering, with considerations in ethics and social justice. Their long-time dedication to creative writing and storytelling dovetailed into their passion for theatre, spurring their exploration from playwriting to design, by way of acting, devising, and artisanry.
During his time at Lehigh, Aiden was deeply involved in the Theatre Department. Beyond design credits for GPS and The Roles We Play, they both volunteered and worked in the scene shop as a carpenter and scenic artist, helped devise productions for the COVID-19 virtual seasons, and co-starred in the original cast of The Broken Machine. Outside of theatre, he served as a Gryphon (Resident Assistant), spearheaded events discussing healthy masculinity and non-binary identities with Lehigh’s Center for Gender Equity, and spent three years on the exec board of SPECTRUM, Lehigh’s LGBTQ+ social club.
A lover of cooperative board games and TTRPGs, Aiden brings the spirit of collaboration into any project they contribute to. With abundantly diverse training and an eager willingness to expand his horizons, Aiden seeks to use stories to reveal a path to a kinder world.
